160 - Michigan Farm Fresh Skills (4hrs)

Participants will be trained on receiving, storing and preparing Michigan Farm Fresh Produce. Get hands-on training for knife skills and other culinary techniques using recipes that have been successful. This class was created by MSU Extension Educators and sponsored by a Specialty Crop Block Grant through Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.
