Prometric Examination - 131 (2 hrs)

Meets the Certified Professional Food Manager requirement of Michigan Food Code 2007. Accredited by the American National Standards Institute, it may be accepted as an alternative to ServSafe®. Check in advance with the local sanitarian.

Goal: To provide School Food Service staff with the Certified Professional Food Manager exam which is ANSI approved.

Outcome: The School Food Service employees will complete and pass the exam with a 70% or better and be certified in food safety. Sanitation and Food Safety 130 strongly recommended or Prometrics Review (133) recommended for a well trained, experienced employee.
